Health professionals: ICVP printing issue – action required
A batch of the 2024 International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis has a printing error
It has been reported to NaTHNaC today that at least one batch of the 2024 International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) print run has an issue. This batch should not be used. The pages of the ICVP that include the Yellow Fever certificate have been printed in the wrong order.
Please check ICVP that you have in stock. Any errors should be reported to Harlow Printing by calling their dedicated customer telephone line on 0191 4556901 or 0191 4554286 for replacement supplies. Their phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. Alternatively, email Clare Mitchel clarem@harlowprinting.co.uk and Nicci Dickinson niccid@harlowprinting.co.uk.
This issue only affects part of the 2024 print run. The print date can be found at the bottom of the back page. Previous print jobs are not affected and are valid for use. In the unlikely event that an incorrect ICVP has been issued to a traveller, a correct replacement will need to be provided.
NaTHNaC is currently investigating the extent of the issue with Harlow Printing and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
