Lassa fever in Nigeria
Between 1 January and 8 April 2018, a total of 1,781 suspected cases have been reported from 20 states: 408 confirmed, nine probable, 351 negative and 13 awaiting results. 27 health workers, with six deaths, have been affected since the start of this outbreak.
